D1Ball provides college sports information — including scores, schedules, rankings, rosters, statistics, recruiting information, and transfer-portal data — for general informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on the Site is offered as professional, betting, financial, or other advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Do not use D1Ball as the sole basis for any wagering or financial decision.

Data Sources and Accuracy

Much of the information on the Site is aggregated, compiled, or derived from third-party sources, including publicly available data and providers such as ESPN and other sports data feeds. We do not create, control, or independently verify all of this information, and it may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.

• Scores, statistics, and standings may be delayed and should not be treated as official or real-time.

• Team names, logos, and marks referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes only.

No Affiliation

D1Ball is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NCAA, ESPN, any conference, any member institution, or any other data provider referenced on the Site. All trademarks and content belong to their respective owners.

Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Scrape, harvest, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site using automated means, except as permitted by our robots directives or with our prior written consent.
• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit content from the Site without authorization.
• Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or its networks.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, privacy practices, or availability of those third parties.
